About my products

What are your stickers made from? Are they waterproof?

All stickers are printed on thick, premium PVC vinyl. These stickers are waterproof, dishwasher-safe, and resistant to scratching and fading.

Second Star Stickers will adhere to just about any rigid surface. Please make sure your items are clean and dry before applying a sticker.

What are your MagicBand Skins made from?

Every MagicBand Plus decal is printed on durable 'outdoor sign grade' vinyl with eco solvent inks, and a satin laminate overlay for extra protection. These decals are waterproof, and resistant to scratching and fading.

MagicBand Plus decals are long-lasting when applied correctly, and will stay stuck as long as you want them to! They are removable but not reusable.

Do you have [this design] available?

If you do not see a design in my shop, I do not presently offer it. I am continually brainstorming new designs! I restock and release new designs roughly once a month.

Do you offer skins for older MagicBands, First and Second generation?

The original MagicBand (2014-2017) has been phased out, and I do not offer skins for this model.

The MagicBand 2.0 (2017-2024) is in the process of being phased out. For a limited time I am offering Glitter Skins for the MagicBand 2.0.

Shipping

Where do you ship to/from?

My orders ship from middle Tennessee, roughly one hour northeast of Nashville.

I am presently shipping only to the United States. This includes all US states, territories, and FPO/APO/DPO addresses.

I do plan to ship internationally in the future! Stay tuned.

International guests visiting Disney resorts in California or Florida do have the option to receive mail at their resort. Click the next option below for more information.

Can I have my package shipped to my hotel or resort?

Yes you can!

Please note that a $6 per package handling fee will be charged to your room for all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room. This fee is your responsibility.

How long does Processing & Shipping take?

My internal processing time is 2 to 4 business days, prior to shipping. Once your order ships, time in transit varies by shipping method.

PLEASE NOTE that I am a small business of one individual. I will continually update my Shipping Page with the most current processing time.

USPS Ground Advantage transit time is 2-5 business days.

USPS Priority Mail transit time is 2 to 3 business days.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also access your tracking via your Account Page.

What shipping carrier do you use?

I generally ship via USPS, via Ground Advantage, or Priority mail. This is usually the most affordable, and most accessible option in my small town. Both options include tracking.

If you would like to request a different carrier, please send me a message prior to placing your order. When possible, I will do my best to accommodate your request!

Can you rush my order?

I do not offer rushed order processing or shipping. Orders are processed and shipped in the order which they are received.

For MagicBand skins, ff you are short on time before your vacation, you can opt to have your order shipped directly to your hotel or resort. Additional fees apply.

Returns

Can I return an item?

I presently accept returns on NEW and UNUSED/UNPEELED stickers and MagicBand Skins. Items must be in brand new condition, and can not have been peeled from the backing paper they come adhered to.

Photographic evidence must be provided for return of items that were damaged in transit.

How can I request a return?

I accept returns only on NEW and UNUSED / UNPEELED stickers and MagicBand skins. Please visit my Contact page to inquire about a return.

When items are received in return, and it has been verified that they are in new condition, a refund will be issued. Refunds will be for the original purchase price, via the original payment method, minus shipping costs.

NOTE: The customer/purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange items?

I process exchanges in the form of return/refund, and repurchase.

My order arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?

Yes, absolutely.

Photographic evidence must be provided for the replacement of items that were damaged, either in transit, or due to manufacturing errors.

I do not require the return of a damaged item to receive a replacement of the same identical item.
